HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Wow~ I can't believe it's been a year since we posted last. We have been focused more on our Facebook page than our blog. But it's a NEW YEAR and now it's time to focus on both! We are now on training number 3 of our Starting Out Right fitness and nutrition training. We are focusing on fitness activities to do inside and outside. We are also focusing on healthy, nutrition and how to incorporate it in the preschool classroom.
